What is your mean function?
We provide a door to door transfer service to & from the Paris airports. It is an alternative means of transport between the public transport and the taxis in Paris.
We specialize in early departures or & and late arrivals, we provide a safe, quick and easy airport connection service especially when it is often hard to find a taxi driver and our service spares you the bother of  carrying your cases in the twists and turns of the subway.
We innovate in the field of transportation and we provide an exclusive cargo-cab especially intended for musicians, surfers and cyclists but also it intends for most of whom, a transfer seems a removal after a long stay in France for instance. 
This transport service is also intended for the travellers with big dogs. The big dogs are travelling in baggage hold and their owners must arrive still soon to carry out      the required procedures to go aboard.

We serve mainly Charles de Gaulle airport (CDG), Orly airport (ORY) and Beauvais (BVA) airport.

Why do I need to book?
To book our airport transfer service spares you the bother of waiting the line of taxis. You will be sure to have a high-quality service for the true price

Why is it compulsory to book?
It is compulsory to book because our trade is regulated and only the taxis are allowed to carry passengers without reservation.
 An advice: for your security do never accept the offers from the illicit cabs which accost the travellers: they offers no insurance guarantee and moreover they are often more expensive.

How can I make a reservation?

Why don‘t you take reservation by phone?
We do not take reservation by phone, because we need right information and we don’t to want make mistakes.

How far in advance do I have to reserve?
We recommend you to book at least 48 hours in advance to ensure that we have enough time to process your request. 
However, we will do our best to accommodate any last minute requests.

How do I pay for my transfer?
All online bookings are paid in advance by paypal payment or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) on our secure website.
Further to your request, you will receive an email with a request of payment to confirm your reservation.
On receipt of your payment, the reservation is confirmed
You just need to print off the confirmation email and give it to your driver when you arrive in Paris.

Do I need to tip the driver?
Tips are not included; these are at your discretion.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
For any cancellation made by the client, the following cancellation fees will be applied :
- more than 2 days before the transfer, 5% of the overall price 
- the day before transfer, 50% of the overall price 
- the day of transfer : no refund.

How do I find you at the airport?
On arrival, your driver will be waiting for you at the agreed time in the arrivals hall, holding a signboard with your name on it.

Why do I need to call if I’ve already pre-booked?
No, with us you do not have to call us when you’ve arrived. Unlike some others, we don’t come just when you call.  We already are at the airport.

What if my flight is delayed?
Waiting time is 1 hour after the agreed arrival time. After this time the vehicle will be released. We will try our best to provide your transfer but we cannot guarantee this will be possible. That is the reason why, you would be well advised to take into account the necessary time for you (30 minutes) to pick up your baggage.

What are your vehicles like?
Our vehicles are 4-seater cars or 8-seater vans. All our vans are air-conditioned and non-smoking.

20If your customers do not speak french do your drivers speak English?
We select our drivers according to their driving abilities in Paris and the suburb. They all are in capacity to answer your questions though English is not their native language.

Where are your pick up and drop off points?
We operate an exclusive door-to-door service.
We will pick you up from the terminal you land in and take you to the door of your address in Paris. 
On departure we will pick you up from your address and drop you off at the terminal your flight leaves from.

How do I know what time you will pick me up to go to the airport?
You decide what hour you are leaving.
Usually, we pick passengers up in Paris, 3 hours before the scheduled flight time.

How long does it take to get from Paris to the airport and vice-versa?
The journey time depends on the traffic and your address in Paris. The standard journey time is without too many traffic jam approximately one hour but may well vary.

Do you provide child/baby seats?
We do provide child seats. Please advise us if we have to schedule more or if you wish to bring your own child seat

Do you accept pets?
Pets are welcomed aboard, moreover we provide a special cargocab for the big dogs which travel in hold

How much luggage can I have in the transfer?
You may take one piece of medium sized luggage. Additional hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap during the transfer.
